The latest version of the “Dutch Forwarding Conditions”, filed by FENEX at the Registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, applies to all activities of Cargo Specials. These conditions can be downloaded here www.Fenex.nl, or will be sent to you free of charge upon first request.
All activities of Cargo Specials are subject to the “Dutch Forwarding Conditions” in its latest version, deposited by FENEX at the registry of the Districts Courts at Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam. Text of these conditions will be sent on request.
The Dutch Forwarding Conditions 2004 apply to all forwarding activities, with the exception of the arbitration clause. If Cargo Specials acts as carrier, the General Transport Conditions 2002 apply to domestic road transport (latest version, AVC 2002). The AVC 2002 also applies to cross-border road transport, in addition to the provisions of the CMR Convention.
